How Malliron Hodge Connects Baddies to Business

Connectivity, design thinking, and a general love for supporting woman business owners, Malliron Hodge proves women can be "baddies" and bosses with her event, Baddies with Business.

A Black Girl and Her Brand

Malliron Hodge is an HBCU-grad, an expert in design thinking, an entrepreneur, and the force behind the Baddies with Business brand. She considers herself a liberator and passionate supporter of all things black-woman-owned.

Malliron's brand, Baddies with Business, is a community that supports Black women entrepreneurs with startup ventures and ventures up to year 5 through storytelling, networking, and access to social capital. The brand is dedicated to ending isolation, eliminating burnout, and increasing financial sustainability for black woman entrepreneurs and does this through various platforms, like a podcast through the art of storytelling, a network of support to encourage and learn from one another, and events- like the 2nd annual Community Bazaar- that encourage genuine connection and continued growth.

An Event for Community

Malliron and her team are calling all black-woman-entrepreneurs and supporters/around the Charlotte area to attend the upcoming second installment of the Baddies with Business Community Bazaar on July, 31st from 11:30 am to 3 pm at Taylor and Co.

The event features a chance to shop, connect with, and learn about products and services from 15 locally-owned, woman-owned, Black-owned businesses. The event is open to the public and will feature raffles from various businesses across the Carolinas, a welcoming atmosphere, great music, and a local food truck. With great shopping and endless possibilities to connect, this event will be fun for all ages.
